Meet Your Instructors

Dr. Regina Blevins

Dr. Regina Blevins

Dr. Blevins started her career in dentistry in 1980 as a Dental hygiene graduate of C.S. Mott community college. She attended the University of Michigan where she received her degree in dentistry in 1987. Her appreciation and love for the fine art of the cosmetic side of dentistry led her to pursue her orthodontic graduate training at the University of Minnesota, where she received her Master of Science and a certificate in orthodontics and Master of Science Degree in 1991.  Dr. Blevins enjoys staying up to date on the latest developments in orthodontics by maintaining a rigorous continuing education schedule. Her professional memberships, awards, and associations include:

  • American Association of Orthodontists
  • American Dental Association
  • Dakota County Study Club
  • Paul District Dental Society
  • Minnesota Association of Orthodontists (2013-2014 vice president)
  • Minnesota Association of Orthodontists (2014-2015 president)

  • Invisalign Provider – Diamond Plus Status 9000+ historical cases
  • Align Tech Faculty member and was awarded Master Faculty status in 2018

When she is out of the office Dr. Blevins enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with her husband Tom and their four children, Noah, Rachel, Lucy, and Will. As a family, they enjoy doing yoga, Taekwondo (Dr. Blevins is a black belt!), and spending time in their backyard cooking, gardening, and relaxing.

Ashley Goehring

Ashley Gohering

Ashley graduated from Rasmussen College in 2013 with an Early Childhood Education Degree AAS. After graduating, she started working at Minnesota Orthodontics at the front desk and quickly became interested in dentistry. She returned to a local technical college for Dental assisting in 2014 and has been a licensed dental assistant at Minnesota Orthodontics after graduating in 2015.

Served as the scheduling coordinator and now serving as the ClinCheck Coordinator as well as supporting this course!

Bart Iwasiuk

Dr. Bart Iwasiuk

Dr. Bart Iwasiuk has been in private practice since 2002 and using Invisalign since his residency training. He achieved Elite Provider status in 2012 and continues to push the limits of what can be accomplished using Invisalign aligners. He received his DDS from the University of Toronto and his Orthodontic Certification from the University of Rochester. His Interest in multidisciplinary dentistry stems from spending two years at the University of Washington and being influenced by members of the Seattle Study Club. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester working on developing a residency Invisalign curriculum, as well as a personal instructor on He is an International Key Note Speaker, Research consultant, and a member of the Key Opinion Leaders for Align Technologies.

Chris Bentson

Chris Bentson

Chris Bentson grew up in Overland Park, Kansas. He attended Baylor University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. 
Over the past 30 years, Chris has been working with orthodontists regarding the business aspects of their practice. In August of 1988, he joined OPMS, an orthodontic practice management company based in Atlanta, and was part owner. The company was purchased in 1996 by what is now CareStream Health. From 1996-2002, Chris served in various executive management positions and participated in the acquisition and integration of several orthodontic, general dental, and oral surgeon practice management companies. 
Chris is currently a partner of Bentson Copple & Associates, LLC based in Greensboro, North Carolina. The company serves the orthodontic community by performing practice valuations, providing recruiting services, and negotiating transactions with both buyers and sellers within the United States.
In addition, he serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Bentson Copple reSource, a quarterly newsletter focused on the business aspects of running a successful orthodontic practice. Bentson Copple & Associates exclusively provides services to orthodontists, and the reSource is an extension of the company’s commitment to providing valuable business information to orthodontists throughout the nation.
Chris spends much time working in the orthodontic industry; he currently serves as a committee member for the AAOFTT (American Association of Orthodontists’ Future Think Tank), an advisory committee member for The AAO Bulletin, an advisory board member for Ortho4D, and board member of the AAOF (American Association of Orthodontists Foundation). In addition, he is a frequent guest lecturer at AAO meetings, regional orthodontic society meetings, orthodontic resident programs, study clubs, and orthodontic user meetings. Chris has authored dozens of articles published on the business of orthodontics in numerous orthodontic trade publications.

Chris personally visits each client's office and over the course of his career, he has personally visited over one thousand orthodontic practices in the United States, Canada, and Australia. He enjoys excellent relationships with consultants and vendors within the orthodontic community.
Chris currently resides in Summerfield, North Carolina with his wife, Dana, and has adult three children.
Chris is active on the orthodontic consultant speaking circuit. He has been honored to speak at many orthodontic events, user meetings, regional summits, and other orthodontic functions.

Dr. Don Spillers

Don Spillers, DMD, MS

Dr. Spillers owns a private practice in Middle Georgia with two locations. In the course of his 26-year career, he has steadily pushed the boundaries of technology within the orthodontic industry in search of greater effectiveness and efficiency. He was an early adopter of 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, and 3D printing and has been an innovator of digital workflow.
As a Diamond Plus Provider, Spillers has treated over 3,700 cases using Invisalign technology. His office is one of three enrolled in an expander clinical trial for Invisalign. As an Align Tech Faculty member, Dr. Spillers teaches orthodontists internationally how to efficiently treat even the most difficult cases using Invisalign clear aligners.
