CE/CPD Policies

The Aligner Intensive Fellowship (TAIF) is a continuing education program recognized by the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE). All CE activities offered through TAIF comply with PACE requirements to ensure quality, independence, and appropriate recordkeeping.

The following policies outline how CE/CPD credit is awarded and managed for participants in the Aligner Intensive Fellowship. These policies ensure compliance with the Academy of General Dentistry’s Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) standards.

The Aligner Intensive Fellowship (AIF), in partnership with Moshiri Orthodontics (AGD PACE Program Provider #218691), is committed to providing high-quality, unbiased continuing education (CE/CPD) for dental professionals. 

Provider Approval

Continuing Education is provided by Moshiri Orthodontics (AGD PACE Program Provider, Provider ID #218691). Moshiri Orthodontics is designated as a Nationally Approved PACE Program Provider for FAGD/MAGD credit by the Academy of General Dentistry. Approval does not imply acceptance by any regulatory authority or AGD endorsement.

  • Approval Period: 3/1/2025 – 2/28/2027

CE/CPD Recognition

  • United States: CE hours may be applied toward FAGD/MAGD credit.
  • Canada: CE hours may be reported as PACE-approved credits. Provincial dental colleges may require self-reporting.
  • United Kingdom & Ireland: CE hours may qualify as verifiable CPD.

Please confirm acceptance with your local regulatory authority.

Learning Objectives

Each course includes clearly stated, measurable learning objectives to ensure educational value and compliance with AGD PACE standards.

Speaker Disclosures

All speakers provide biographies, professional credentials, and conflict-of-interest disclosures. Courses are planned to be free from commercial bias and focused solely on evidence-based education.

Attendance & Verification

  • Digital attendance is verified through course platform tracking.
  • Full participation is required for CE/CPD credit.

Assessments & Evaluations

  • All assessments must be successfully completed to unlock subsequent modules.
  • A final course evaluation must be completed before a certificate is issued.

Certificates of Completion

  • Issued electronically upon completion of all course requirements.
  • Certificates include participant name, course title, completion date, CE hours awarded, and required AGD PACE provider language.

Recordkeeping

Moshiri Orthodontics maintains CE/CPD records, including attendance logs and evaluations, for a minimum of seven (7) years, per AGD PACE guidelines.

Accreditation Statement

Target Audience

This program is designed for licensed dental professionals seeking advanced education in clear aligner therapy and interdisciplinary orthodontic treatment.

Educational Integrity

  • All courses are designed to be scientifically sound, evidence-based, and free of commercial bias.
  • Speakers are required to disclose any financial relationships or conflicts of interest prior to participation.
  • Educational content is reviewed to ensure independence from commercial entities.

Participation & Verification

  • Attendees must complete attendance verification (digital or physical sign-in) for live events, or learning assessments for online programs.
  • Participants must complete a post-course evaluation to receive CE credit.

Credit Issuance

  • CE credits are awarded based on actual instructional time, rounded down to the nearest quarter hour, in compliance with AGD PACE guidelines.
  • Certificates of Completion will be issued electronically after successful completion of course requirements (attendance + evaluation).

Recordkeeping

Moshiri Orthodontics will maintain records of attendance, course materials, and evaluations for a minimum of seven (7) years, as required by PACE.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription and service fees are non-refundable.

Complaint Resolution

The Aligner Intensive Fellowship is committed to addressing participant concerns promptly and fairly.

  • Complaints regarding course content, instructors, or administrative processes may be submitted to 📧 [email protected].
  • A written response will be provided within 30 days.
  • If a participant is not satisfied with the resolution, the complaint may be escalated to the Academy of General Dentistry PACE Council at 📧 [email protected].

International Recognition

  • United States: Accepted for FAGD/MAGD credit by the AGD.
  • Canada: PACE-approved hours may be self-reported to provincial licensing authorities.
  • UK & Ireland: PACE-approved hours may be recognized as verifiable CPD. Participants should confirm acceptance with their local regulatory authority.
