Dr. Maz Moshiri

Dr. Maz Moshiri has a private practice in St. Louis, MO and has been a faculty member for Align Technology since 2013.  He is the co-founder of The Aligner Intensive Fellowship, an online residency that has educated nearly 5,000 orthodontists worldwide on the proper treatment planning and use of clear aligners.  

Currently, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the orthodontic residency program at the Center for Advanced Dental Education at Saint Louis University, with a focus on clear aligners.  He serves on the clinical advisory boards of Orthodontic Partners, and LightForce Orthodontics, and is an Associate Editor for the Voice of an Expert column for the AJODO Clinical Companion.  Dr. Moshiri is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics as well as a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.

Dr. Regina Blevins

Dr. Blevins started her career in dentistry in 1980 as a Dental hygiene graduate of C.S. Mott community college.  She attended the University of Michigan where she received her degree in dentistry in 1987.  Her appreciation and love for the fine art of the cosmetic side of dentistry led her to pursue her orthodontic graduate training at the University of Minnesota, where she received her Master of Science and a certificate in orthodontics and Master of Science Degree in 1991.  Dr. Blevins enjoys staying up-to-date on the latest developments in orthodontics by maintaining a rigorous continuing education schedule.  Her professional memberships, awards, and associations include:

When she is out of the office Dr. Blevins enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with her husband Tom and their four children, Noah, Rachel, Lucy, and Will.  As a family, they enjoy doing yoga, Taekwondo (Dr. Blevins is a black belt!), and spending time in their backyard cooking, gardening, and relaxing.

Dr. Graham Gardner 

Dr. Gardner loves creating smiles!  His passion is figuring out how to treat people more effectively and efficiently with Invisalign clear aligners, and then sharing these techniques with others.  In 7th grade, he did his high school science fair project on orthodontics.  His interest in biomechanics and excellence in orthodontics has exponentially increased since then, making him a certified Invisalign nerd. 🤓

After attending Wake Forest University, he attended dental school at VCU and then finished his orthodontic residency at NYU in 1998.  Dr. Gardner has been teaching at the VCU Orthodontic Residency as adjunct faculty every Thursday morning since 2000.  He is certified with the American Board of Orthodontics, enjoys testing new materials and helping Align with pilot studies, and has recently been a part of CBCT integration and Smile Architecture, among other innovations.

His lecturing has taken him throughout the United States as well as to Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia, which is great because he loves learning about new cultures.  Dr. Gardner's favorite topic to discuss is clinical excellence, especially complex interdisciplinary cases and digital treatment planning.  He enjoys hanging out with his family, participating in extreme sports and juggling fire.  When you meet him, it will become obvious that he has the energy to incite passion with his creative and novel ideas.

Dr. Bart Iwasiuk

Dr. Bart Iwasiuk has been in private practice since 2002 and using Invisalign since his residency training.  He achieved Elite Provider status in 2012, and continues to push the limits of what can be accomplished using Invisalign aligners.  

He received his DDS from the University of Toronto and his Orthodontic Certification from the University of Rochester.  His Interest in multidisciplinary dentistry stems from spending two years at the University of Washington and being influenced by the Seattle Study Club. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester, as well as a personal instructor on YourOrthoCoach.com. He is an International Keynote Speaker, Research Consultant and a member of the Key Opinion Leaders for Align Technology, Inc.  With advancements of Aligner products aimed at growing patients he is also a Member of the Global Growing Patient Speaker Group and the North American Mandibular Advancement Clinical Expert Panel.  He is an Invisalign Diamond Provider practicing in the Greater Toronto area.

Dr. Sandra Khong Tai

Dr. Sandra Khong Tai is a practicing Specialist in Orthodontics in Vancouver, Canada.  She is Clinical Assistant Professor in Orthodontics at the University of British Columbia and the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.  She has treated over 4,000 cases with Invisalign clear aligners.  

Dr. Tai is the author of the textbook, “Clear Aligner Technique"  (Quintessence Publishing 2018) which has been translated into 12 languages.  She has authored a chapter on Clear Aligner Treatment in the 7th edition of Graber’s Orthodontics (Elsevier 2022), as well as on Deep Bite Treatment with Clear Aligner Technique for the Moyer’s Craniofacial Growth Series 2022.  She is on the Editorial Board of Seminars in Orthodontics and the Journal of Aligner Orthodontics.  She is a reviewer for the AJO-DO, JCO, Journal of Craniofacial Research & Orthodontics and APOS Trends in Orthodontics.

Dr. Tai is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the North American Orthodontic Clinical Advisory Board for Align Technology.  She lectures globally as a member of the Align Tech Faculty.  She is a pioneer-testing doctor for Invisalign First and Invisalign with Mandibular Advancement and is involved in multiple research projects on clear aligners.

Dr. William Kottemann 

Dr. Bill Kottemann graduated from the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry in 1976.  He completed his training in orthodontics at the University of Minnesota in 1978, obtaining a Master of Science degree.  

Dr. Kottemann has been practicing orthodontics since 1978.  His two sons now practice with him at five locations in the Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN area.  He has been a member of the Speakers Bureau for Align Technology for the last 12 years and is a member of Align Technology’s teaching faculty.  Dr. Kottemann has given over 650 lectures in the United States, Canada, Singapore, France, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and China.  

He has treated over 3,300 patients with Invisalign since 2000.  His practice has been an Elite Top 1% Invisalign Practice since 2010.  Dr. Kottemann is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and holds two patents related to esthetic orthodontic wires.

Dr. Willy Dayan

Dr. Dayan received his DDS from the University of Toronto in 1986, and after 3 years of general practice including a residency, he returned to the University of Toronto for his specialty in Orthodontics in 1991.

In addition to full-time private practice in orthodontics for almost 30 years, he has been practicing with Invisalign since its inception in 1999.  He began teaching aligner orthodontics in 2005 and has never stopped.  Since 2005 he has presented at multiple Align summits, forums, and study clubs.  In recent years, as the Aligners are now an integral part of orthodontic practice everywhere, he has presented at several AAO Conventions, as well as worldwide meetings.  He also continues to lecture at Universities worldwide as a guest lecturer.

Dr. Dayan also coaches many clinicians about their own orthodontic cases, helping them to customize their own orthodontic and ClinCheck treatment plans for their individual patients through his website YourOrthoCoach.com.  He has treated over 4,000 of his own Invisalign cases and coached over 35,000 cases around the world.

Dr. Dayan’s personal interests include a wonderful family (Ellen and children, and grandchildren), hockey, human relationships, psychology, and spirituality.

Dr. Don Spillers

Dr. Don Spillers Attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City Orthodontics program.  Dr. Spillers has practiced Orthodontics for 29 years in Warner Robins, GA, and a second location in Macon, GA for 8 years.  He is one of the largest providers of Invisalign in the US.  He joined the Align North American Faculty and the Align Global Teen Faculty in 2017.  Dr. Spillers has lectured all over the US and continues to be a leader in Invisalign Aligner Therapy.  Dr. Spillers has started and treated close to 10,000 cases with Aligners.  He continues to push the envelope with Technology and treatment to provide the best outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Manal Ibrahim

Dr. Marta Baird

Dr. Marta Baird is a Diamond+ provider in Pleasanton, CA.  In addition to practicing 3 days a week, she has been on clinical faculty at the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry since 2016. She is the Co-Course director for Clear Aligner and Principles of Orthodontics didactic courses in the Orthodontic Department.
